TO USE
Gently apply a thin layer onto clean eyelids and pat in with fingertips. Apply eye makeup after primer dries completely. 

PRO TIP
For very oily eyelids, set the primer in place with a face powder, to help mattify and keep oils at bay. We love using fmg Cashmere Powder Foundation for added coverage and to disguise any discoloration on the eyes.
